1. Information We Collect

When you pay for parking or sign up for a permit, we collect information you provide directly and information made available through our payment and service providers. This includes your license plate number, phone number (for permits and verification), email address, billing contact details (such as name and postal code or address) supplied with your payment, transaction details, and the date, time, and location of your activity. When you pay using a digital wallet such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Stripe Link, or PayPal, the wallet provider may share additional contact and address information with us as part of the standard checkout process.

2. How We Use It

We use this information to provide and improve our parking and permit services, process and reconcile payments, identify your vehicle at our lots, prevent fraud and abuse, support customer service inquiries, communicate transactional and account-related messages, develop new features, conduct internal analytics, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Payment Data

Card and payment details are handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. We retain a reference to each transaction along with limited payment metadata returned by Stripe — such as the last four digits, card brand, transaction ID, and the billing contact information associated with the payment — for receipts, customer support, accounting, and fraud prevention.

4. Sharing

We may share information with service providers (e.g., payment processing, SMS) necessary to operate our services, and when required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Mobile Information

We collect mobile phone numbers to send transactional SMS messages related to our services, including valet vehicle status updates, parking session notifications, verification codes, and payment links. Your mobile phone number and any information collected through SMS opt-in will never be shared with or sold to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share mobile information with service providers (e.g., Twilio) solely to deliver these transactional messages on our behalf.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we encourage you to use strong credentials and keep your account details private.

7. Your Choices

You can request access to or correction of your information, or ask us to delete it where permitted, by contacting us. You may opt out of marketing messages; transactional messages (e.g., verification codes, receipts) may still be sent as needed for the service.
